Amazonian Plight by Saher Imran

Painted for a client's blog. 

My take on how the Indigenous tribes of Amazon tribes are hit by the global warming. A fate cast on them when they had nothing to do with the whole fiasco the rest of the heavily populated world has created. 
The Amazonians live in a nature-friendly way.  

Take, for instance, this excerpt : For generations, indigenous farmers set fires based on the position of stars in the sky — reflecting the time of year — with the expectation that the fires wouldn't spread into humid forest areas. But drier conditions today mean that savanna fires can easily move into rainforests, damaging them and reducing their capacity to withstand drought and future burning.
