brain dead secretary

my colleague once had an assistant , who was rather slow at her work, and for many days he'd come up and tell me epic examples of how he feels she is brain dead(figuratively)

and this popped up in my head.. and i never usually pen down ideas as they come.. and so most of the time.. they just fly by like little bees..
